In both of the Front Panel and the Block Diagram, have a toolbar along the right side of the window where the top 3rd of the toolbar is the context help and the bottom 2/3s is either the functions palette or the controls palette depending on which window is selected. This toolbar should have a "hide" feature so it isnt always seen or can be hid if wanted. This added feature helps the user keep their screen organized and not have random pop up windows covering their work. I think this would be a huge bonus to LabVIEW as a whole and could help improve the user friendliness of the program.
