Control-I should be a toggle

Once in a while I type Ctrl-I to see the VI properties (mostly but not always to look at the VI path).

Once in the VI properties dialog, I should be able to type Ctrl-I again to get rid of it, not have to reach for the mouse or tab to the dismiss button.

Use Ctrl+W to close the VI Properties window.  Escape works as well.
