The conditional terminal and iteration terminal in loops often get moved by Cleanup. I think they should stay put in their respective corners, or at least have an option to do so.

I agree that this is an area where clean up should be improved. If the terminals are wired to something or have been manually moved from their default positions, then cleanup should keep them aligned with what they are wired to. Forcing the termination terminal to the extreme lower right corner almost always results in excessively bent wires. Line it up with the Stop button! Otherwise, the corners as Broken Arrow suggests.
