Dialog for custom search results

Being able the Dialog "Search Results" from custom tools would be nice.

This could be done by providing an API to the real search dialog or by placing a VI for showing a similar looking dialog into vi.lib.

I am not really sure what you are asking for here.

Can you clarify a bit more?  Give us an example of what you are trying to do and how you want to do it.  Screenshots would help.

Oops, the first sentence is nonsense...

It should read like: "Being able to use the Dialog "Search Results" from custom tools would be nice."

But I elaborate anyway:

When I want to find something like "all the unconnected terminals with a boolean datatype", the labview search tools do not help. I must write one myself using the scripting functions. And somehow I must present the results to the user.

For presenting the results I ask for adding a "search result dialog" to the vi lib. It could look similar to <labview>\resource\Framework\Providers\ProjectFindDlg\ProjectFindDlg.vi, but of course without search criteria.
