LV 2010 has a tool that analyse the code and point parallelizable for loops and just this.
If we double click in the line, the VI is opened, the loop is selected and the user can configure the parallelism using mouse right click.
The idea is to allow the user to set parallelism right clicking on "Parallelism Enabled" at tool interface, select "Enable" or "Disable" and the changes shall be made for him. Perhaps open a dialogue to request the number of workers and what more necessary to configure the loop.
