Include the capability to choose a *.nce file when creating an installer instead of having to re-create it.

We have quite a few LabVIEW users here, but not many of us have the application builder or the experience to use it.  So I get many requests to build an executable and installer for others.  Each time I have to take their DaqMX tasks (in the form of a *.nce file from their machine), import it into my MAX and then when creating the installer essentially re-create the same file.  Can an option be added to the Hardware Configuration tab to allow you to select a NCE file instead of create one?

I don't see this request as optional. It is a necessity for anyone using a non-emulatable device such as a USB-600X device.

7 years on and I'm running into this. I am rebuilding an installer for a newer DAQmx hardware configuration and have an updated NCE file, but no hardware access.

FWIW the lvproj file can be hand edited to choose a custom NCE file path (look for MSI_hwPath). Tedious and no doubt unsupported, but it seems to work.
