It would improve the overall efficiency if QD always opened close to where the cursor currently is on the BD or FP (similar to how the tools palette opens for a Shift+Right Click).
This will allow the user to maintain their focus on the particular part of the FP or BD they intend to drop the code onto and at the same time get rid of one of the little annoyances when QD opens directly under the cursor, effectively obscuring the section of BD or FP you intended as your drop target.
