Now, project could be pinned in Getting Started window only. But it would be nice to have some menu for it, which would pin project when it is opened.
So user opens project -> realizes that it would be nice to pin it, for faster access -> user calls some menu (from toolbar, or right-click on project in project explorer) -> then project will be displayed as pinned when Getting Started window will be called.
