Any idea that has not received any kudos within a year after posting will be automatically declined.
When pulling the diagramm disabled structure to the block diagramm, it would be quite handy to choose whether it is ENABLED or DISABLED, e.g. by pressing CTRL for ENABLED state.
By default, code is enabled and the only reason to place a diagram disable structure in the first place is the need to temporalily disable some code. The current default behavior matches that case naturally.
Any other scenario seems very rare and I don't think we should overload the UI with marginal functionality.
