Right-Click + Drag mouse to scroll the block diagram

Right-Click plus sufficient mouse movement (dragging) to activate the Scroll Window tool (hand).  Especially for die hard Automatic Tool Selection users, like me Smiley Tongue

The right-click selection pointer/context menu would be escaped by sufficient movement detected in the mouse immediately following or during a mouse right-click.  Right-click again (without sufficient mouse movement) and the pointer changes to the selection tool and the context menu appears.

Why do we need a right click and drag to scroll the window?

Ctrl-Shift already gives you the scroll hand so you can drag.

Several months ago I was back and forth between Altium and LabVIEW and I soon found myself wanting to right-click and drag to quickly scroll in LabVIEW.

Since one hand is usually always glued to the mouse anyhow, it's a simple right-click and drag motion to move the diagram where you want it.

And your other hand is usually on the keyboard.
