Setup should download pre requirements

To make it short. If you want to distribute your software created with LabVIEW you need to include the run-time.

I suggest that the compiled installer shoud check the pre requirements to run the distributed software and

should give the possibility to download and install the pre requirements, e.g. a simple LabVIEW should check

the installed Run-Time and if the needed version isn't isntalled download and install it.

Yes, it's simmilar, but slightly different. My suggestion is that an applikation installer, that is ready for distribution, shoud download and install all requirements, not only the run-time.
