VI/Control Icon is File Browser Icon

I would like the VI icon to be the icon which shows up in the file browser instead of the default LabVIEW VI or control icon.  There should probably be a switch to turn this on and off, since I can see the utility of having a specific icon for VIs, controls, etc., but in normal use, the VI icon would work much better.

Related to this suggestion, which I would prefer. A VI icon would be illegible when choosing small icon size in Windows Explorer.

Support for VI icons being file system icons would need to include support for all sizes of icons which are used by the OS (and bit depths!).  This would give the VI creator the ability to custom make icons which are different sized than the standard 32x32.  A good automatic scaling routine would take care of most VIs, but some would need hand tweaking.
