Yes, this is a minor problem. My first reaction is "good idea!" but "automatic" removal of a broken or shorted wire may create more annoyances than it cures. We should leave the behavior the way it is. A wire breaks for a reason.

Why so complicated? Instead of step #2, right-click the wire and select "insert...bundle by name". You go directly to step #4. 😄

No, this is not always possible! Sometimes the function must be placed a little further away from the wiring ...

It is a matter of the objects layout in the block diagram. (sorry for my bad english, i do my best)

You spelled my name wrong. Nothing prevents you from moving the bundle node after step 4 to wherever you want it.

Regardless, this is still a good idea. I am going to ask that this idea be closed because it is a duplicate of the already highly kudos'd idea mentioned above.
