given the labview docked probe window, i would like to save the content/status of all probes to disk, so that when debugging snapshots are captured for later investigation.
for this to work i think one probe when changed/updated triggers the save to disk action... a special viewer or mode of the docked probe window allows me to open the snapshot file and display captured results..
it looks a bit like 'datalog save at completion' at the VI level, but instead of capturing inputs/outputs all probes-values including timestamp information are saved, the trigger is not a VI finish, but a selected probe ( or multiple)
the save to disk can be started/pauzed/stopped by user, and conditional probes can also be used to start/stop the snapshot capture...
