Hi, I have just started using Labview. I have downloaded Labview 2013 and I want to interface it with my Arduino Uno board. So, naturally I have all the other packages installed, ni-visa, vipm. But in vipm when i tried to instal the labview interface for arduino it ended with an error message that says 'VIPM' could not install the package.
For LInx, I got a message saying that this package is not compatible with my operating system or any Labview version installed on my computer.
To clarify I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium x64.
I have attatched the screenshot of the popup for lifa. I hope I can get help soon as this is needed for an assignment. Thx
*Update: now somehow I have managed to get LIFA installed. Had to do a direct download from the ftp site only then did it work. No idea why. But it seemed to work. LINX is still unable to be installed.

Ok, update after digging around & with some trial and error I found the answer to my issue. You need to run the VIPM in adminstrator mode (if you are not using the admin account) if you are using Vista and above. Running it in admin mode allows me to install all the previously said uninstallable packages.
I hope this helps others that may have the same issue as me.
Thanks to everyone who looked and perhaps tried to think if a solution for me.
Good day.
