i am confused as to how the real time signals from the sensors are read by labview and the labview generated control signal is sent to the controller

Unfortunately, we can't really help you if you don't know what your system consists of and other details.  Are you using an Arduino for something?  What types of signals are sent to or received from your hardware, sensors, and controller?
