Passing data from another VI to another VI

Hi,

I would love to know is it possible to pass data from" serial read" VI (data acquisation)  to another which using makerhub for running motor. Basically im using 2 microcontroller. One for motor running and another for data acquisation.

Is there a reason you don't just do it all in a single VI?

Also, since you mention MakerHub, I assume you know that MakerHub has it's own forums.  I'd recommend posting there (especially if using LINX) instead of here because this forum is slow because LIFA (for which this forum was created) is no longer being supported.
