problem installing interface for arduino

Hi. been trying to install the labview interface for arduino but i keep getting a network error code 59. I have downloaded the file but but when i open it with

JKI VI packet manager it does not install automatically. need help

LIFA is old and unsupported.  You should use LINX:  http://www.labviewmakerhub.com/linx
