Hi sean1985,
it is same as matlab.

m=bitgen(d);
here u can use m for your apllications

in tat same folder u have to kept this bitgen function

function y=bitgen('passing valus')

Or, pls answer the following question

hi guys!

i m completely unfamiliar with mathscript in labview system.

i will ask a few question. answering them will definitely clear my doubts

1) In math script node, i can call and used mathlab function (example xplot, yplot)?

2) In order to do this(1), what do i need to do? like m.file into the labviewdata directory(I'm unsure)? pls describe in layman terms

3)Is there any constraint of function in mathscript? implies all the function found in mathlab can all be used in mathscript?

thks

Hi,

It is advisable for you to navigate the http://ni.com/mathscript and LabVIEW Help before you start using MathScript.

To give a quick answers for your questions

1) You can call and use MATLAB® functions as well as m-script or user-defined functions.

2) You can call the functions or run your scripts either by MathScript Window or MathScript Node.

3) You can find function list that MathScript supports in either ni.com or LabVIEW Help.

MATLAB® is a registered trademark of The MathWorks, Inc.
