[2025 Q3 Feature] Debug Window

I've run into a bug with the debug window in LV2026Q1. If I probe a wire the debug window pops up with the probe and displays a live value as expected. If I then close the debug window, the probe is still active (a yellow probe ID is on the wire on the BD).

If I then try to probe that wire / probe ID again with the probe tool, the debug window doesn't automatically open and I also get a red box appear on the block diagram. Same thing happens when right-clicking the probe ID and selecting Highlight Probe. Pressing ctrl+D opens the debug window, but the red box remains until I scroll it off the BD and force it to redraw. Ideally the debug window would just appear when clicking on an existing probe.

Another graphical bug with debug window. If I mouse over a probe, and the display name of the probe isn't completely visible in the column there's a rectangular window border flickering in the upper left of the screen. It's a little lost in the gif below, but quite visible in person.
