Internal Warning when opening previous version project

This is on a Windows 10 22H2 VM.  I copied one of the projects I am working on (in LabVIEW 2021 SP1) over and tried opening in the 2025 Q3 beta.  The project eventually opens successfully when I click OK on the warning.  The warning occurs every time when opening the project as-is, but it happens far less frequently once I save all in the Beta and the project.

Moving the now-saved-in-the-beta project into a directory that guarantees long paths yields another (different) internal warning:

Once again, the project opens successfully after you click OK on all the internal warnings.

Note that I have a different project originally saved in LabVIEW 2019 that does not generate either of these internal warnings.
