Does anyone happen to know a compiler for RCX so that i can code in NXT-G

I'm not aware of any compilers that will target the RCX from NXT-G.  However, I think both RoboLab and Robot C can target the RCX.  Those are products not offered by NI or LEGO, but they are available online.  A quick Google search should tell you more about them.
