Hi,
May be you should try,
Vi properties(Right click the VI Icon on the upper right side of the front panel) and select Window Appearance in Catagory drop down list. In the window appearance page, untick the "Same as vi name" and type the title which you want to give in the window title area.
Then press ok and save the vi and you can see the desired title name on your title bar when you run the vi.
PS: The title will be properly displayed only when you run the VI. Otherwise you can see both the vi name and its title name.
