(0x80000003) occurred in the application at location 0x031d4578
This error code comes from a runtime program that I created using LabView 7.1 and the Application Builder 7.1. This program runs on other PCs without a problem. The new computer I am using is a new Laptop that is hooked up to the exact same measurement equipment as the desk tops. Is this problem caused by the differneces in the hardware (GPIB card) or could it be that maybe there is a software incompatability (NI-VISA, etc) that is causing a problem. Below is a screen capture of the message:
When does the exception occur? During initialisation, during main execution or shutdown?
Did you include any helpful fault managing functionality into your program?
Is it trying to access a serial port that may be different than those on the PCs?
did you include necessary drivers and libraries in the installer?
