I want to have 2 simultaneous counting with DAQ 6602 and LabView 5.1, is it possible ? (using count pulse doesn't work)

Yes, it is definitely possible to perform simultaneous counter operations in LabVIEW. What type of behavior are you seeing? Are you attempting to perform buffered or non-buffered operations?
