2013 f2 doesn't open some older version VIs

I tried to open some old LabVIEW programs with 2013 f2 and it just stayed in an idle loop until I killed the program.

What's up?

Never mind.  I rebooted my computer and everything worked OK.

Try re-booting-  everything should be fine then
