2014 LabView Program Does not display properly in 2017 LabView

I have a LabView program from another person that was written using LabView 2014. When I open it on my computer running LabView 2017 the panels are off screen, the menu bar is not visible and I cannot open the tool bar. If I go to a lower resolution display setting I can see part of the menu bar and part of the panels but most of the panels are still off screen. I tried every resolution settting but nothing works. I was thinking of installing 2014 to see if that works. Anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks.

It's highly likely that these VIs were developed on a machine with two monitors and were saved on the second monitor.  If you can select them from the task bar, you can right-click and select "move".  Then move it with with the arrow keys and press enter when it is positioned such that you can actually grab the menu bar.  (This should work on ANY window that is off the screen, not just VIs.)
