2D array

Hello

If I have a 2D array lets say 4 by 4 array.....lets say I want to extract each of the 2D one by one---How will I need to wire it to the index array function?

If I want extract each row of the 2d array one by one, Lets say I have a 4 by 4 array, what would be the procedure for that--I mean how will i need to wire it to the index array function so that the output of that array would just be row.
