Hey Battler,
I believe we have seen thsi before and it has already been created as a Corrective Action Request (CAR). If the 3D graph you are referring to is a 3D Surface Graph then this is filed under CAR ID 242409.
If it is not the 3D Surface Graph, please let me know and I can look more into this.

The LV version is 2010 (10.0).
The 3D graph is 3D_Scatter_Plot_Merge_VI.vi
This is a new issue for me. Previous issues were with 3D graphs within the development environment. This issue is with EXE.
When will NI resolve this?
Thanks.

Hey Battler,
Can you please post your executable? We would like to test it on our Windows XP computer. Are you using 32-bit or 64-bit?
Thanks,
Ricky

Hello at all,
I have developed an executale application, that uses the cw3d graph. Since the customer uses a new PC (Windows XP SP3) the application crashes. An earlier version, which is not including the 3D Graph, works fine.
When the app crashes, an error occurs that indicates some problems with a "ig4icd32.dll" (google says it is a Intel graphics driver...). Maybe this can help you guys with solving the problem.
Please note that I won´t be able to post my VI due to confidentiality.
I´d be glad for any answers about this topic.
Greetings from Germany,

We are having the same issue too. We recently upgraded from 8.5 to 2011 and now we are dealing with issues with our 3D graphs crashing the program when run on XP-SP3. Upgrading to 2011 cost us a lot of money and this has caused us big headaches ever since the upgrade, basically having us redo half our code, and now we cannot even send our new program to our customers because the damn thing does not work do to this graph issue. Has anyone in the past year found a way to fix this? Has NI dropped the ball on this?

I moved mine off the tab control.
"In the old days" we did not have tab controls. We still were able to create what looked like tabs using hide'/show of groups of objects. I'd like to see the bug fixed but maybet that can help you deliver yur app.

I'm with AUT Solutions on this problem.
We are not using a tab, but the problem is still there. 2 Computer side by side, one is running windows 7 and the other is running windows xp service pack 3. The windows 7 computer works without any problems but the Windows XP computer runs into a huge memory problem and eventually will crash, never displaying anything on the graph. Anything else that you can think of will help.
