Hi Ceties,
You are right the 3D Graph native, in your example code is not redrawing when switching on and off one single plot. This is a known issue (R&D knows about it) and we (NI) are working on it. However till the solution will be implemented, the workaround is to force redraw of the 3Dgraph manually (click on the graph, scroll down than up the FP window) or programmatically (call a 3DGraph property). See your VI attached with the programmatic force redraw implemented.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions.
Regards,
Barna

Thanks but could you also advice me some workaround when I use the property node to update the graph? See my previous message. Thanks

Barna,
The future of teh 3d graphing capabilities in LV are very important to me and I would like to track this issue to follow its through to a fix.
Could you please post the CAR for this issue so that I can track it?
Thank you!
Ben

Hi Ceties,
Sorry, I assumed you were looking for a solution to one of the options (1:wiring data directly to indicator or 2: wiring data to the Value property of the 3D graph).
I can reproduce the problem when using the value property node, and the workaround I found is to not using it :), actually you can use a 3D graph local variable instead of the property node plus the programmatic force redraw workaround, from previous post, to clear the last curve from the graph.
Anyway thanks for notifying us about the 3D graph value property strange behavior, I will report it to R&D (if it is not reported yet) so they can investigate the issue.
See attached VI with implemented recommendations.
Hi Ben,
The 3D graph redraw issue was reported in CAR#189327. Regarding the issue above there is no CAR yet, I will let you know as soon as we will create one.
I hope I managed to answer all your questions so far.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Regards,
Barna
