3D plots

Hello
I am doing strain gauge measurement over a cantilever beam, on which I
have employed strain gages in full bridge (3 full bridges over the
whole beam )mode , now I am getting results in a simple waveform chart
but as I am doing " Force V/S Strain V/s Distance " measurement which
I want to show using 3D plots but I am not able to do.
Could anybody please tell me how to use 3D plots for
such measurements or are there any other VIs apart from those provided
by NI.
