Which device can acquire 450 VAC, 5 A, 50 Hz,
Will NI 9225 do it ?

I doubt that any standard data acquisition device will be able to handle those voltages and currents. In addition the safety and isolation issues preclude using a standard DAQ device. The NI 9225 has maximum voltage rating of 300 V, so it will not be adequate.
The typical and safe way to make such measurements is to use transformers or isolated transducers to create lower level signals which are proportional to the voltage and current to be measured. They also provide isolation between the power system and the measurement system.

What is your goal?
Do you want to build a power analyzer , flicker meter, look at the spectrum up to ??[k|M]Hz ???
Or just need U, I, W, VA , Hz, power factor round about every second??
Needed Accuracy ??
1 or 3 phase?
