Hello ,
I have 64-bit operating system and downloaded "Evaluate LabVIEW for Instrument Control Applications- LabVIEW for 64-bit systems" after downloaded ı got some problen in attachment.
What do you suggest for solving this problem ?. Can ı download 32 bit version ?

This is not a problem, the dialog window simply asking you to put the NI Drivers DVD into the tray (or mount to virtual drive).
However, I recommend you to download and install LabVIEW 32 bit version, there are rare occasions when the 64 bits is necessery (specially large RAM allocation, etc.). Also download the device driver DVD if you want drivers get installed, so when the dialog window pops up, you can install that too.
If you do not want to use hardware with LabVIEW you can also just skip installing the device drivers (you can install it later too) by choosing "Decline Support".

I have piezoelectric bender actuator(in attachment picture). I want to make bender's impedance analyze with DSOX3014A Oscilloscope , 33521AQ Function / Arbitrary Waveform Generator and Labview.What do you suggest me about it ?

In general, do not start a new topic inside of your post where you already got an answer, and the first question is totally unrelated to your second one.
In this case it is better to start a new topic with a descriptive title regarding to your new question.
