7.1 build error

When I try to build an application in version 7.1 I get the following error.  Has anyone seen this before and if so what was the fix?  I am thinking Mass Compile...

For the record a mass compile fixed the issue, although I still have no idea what caused the problem in the first place.  I didn't add any code written in an older version to my library.  Chalk it up to Windows I guess?
