7 segment with d-flip flops!

hey guys i have a very specific question to make to you! if you run the main vi you ll see that the buttons PE TE LOAD CLOCK AND CLEAR don't work! the problem is i think that the d-flip flops must be triggered. which means the clock pulse must change from 0 to 1 and the opposite!! how can i triger them??????????????
