Pulling out my inner Dennis here...

Write the VI from the pictures!!!  You would have been done long ago.  You will not learn anything if we just give it to you anyways.  Plus you need to have LabVIEW 8.0 to downconvert to LabVIEW 7.  There are very few people with that version.  And why are you stuck with 11 year old software anyways?

NI offers a lot of (free) online courses to learn LabVIEW. For FREE!

The op did post to the version conversion boasts but only whined about the on-line tool not supporting 7.1.

LabVIEW 7.1was the last to not require a license activation so it was widely pirated.
