Thank you about the heads up for this. You are of course right and while I did reread the whole thing and made a few corrections here and there, I didn't really proofread it again. And I was actually surprised at the typos and errors I found, and the frequently missing punctuation. But I felt a bit torn between trying to make lots of changes and keeping the original text as I had written it so many years ago. Eventually I decided to just try to fix some more obvious errors and leave the whole text otherwise largely in its original state.
Still, if someone finds grammatical or other errors, I'm happy to go and fix them, as I hate it myself too, when I have to read some text which contains clearly more than an occasional typo.
