A problem about Browse Shared Variables

When I browse shared variables, I get nothing as following:

You're not getting nothing.  We can see a decent number of variables there.

What's inside the system drop-down?

System drop-down is about DAQmx virtual channels value.

There used to be PLC variables in the opc1 drop-down, but now there are nothing.

I dont know what's wrong with my labview system. I reinstalled my labview system and all the related modules, but it doesnt work.

My workmate had this problem before, he reinstalled the Windows, it worked.

I don't wanna reinstall my operate system. Any other way to solve this problem?
