ATI F\T sensor connection issue to the PCIe board

Hi,
I have connected my ATI Nano 17 sensor with the NI PCIe 6320 Daq card. But I am not seeing any name like: Dev1 or anything associated with the PCIe board name in the device panel. Neither can I test or do any thing with this device even if it is showing present. Please see the attached screenshot. I ma not being able to get readings from the sensor at all. the demo software from ATI also doesn't run, giving error "Internal software error occurred in MIG software"

It would be a great help if anyone could help me fix this. Thanks!!
