Academic site license question

I could probably read the license document and find an answer to this question.  But its written in lawyerspeak.  My question is simple:

I have a 5 seat academic license.  So I can install LV on up to 5 machines. 

But the license includes Diadem.  So can I install LV on 5 machines, and then install Diadem on 5 different machines?
