Hello All,
We are using Skype for Business in my company and I want to change my Skype status programatically from LabVIEW. I tried to follow the below link, but getting 'Access Denied' Error (Please see the attachments). So, anyone could help me with the following:
1. Where to download Skype APIs for Labview
2. How to enable activex access for Skype for Business
Thanks in Advance,
Geetha

This is not a LabVIEW problem. You need to ask that in a Microsoft forum…

Hi GerdW,
As I mentioned, I am looking for solutions in Microsoft Forums, but want to know whether there is any development in Skype connectivity in Labview Side.

Not very likely. First Skype never was just Skype but really two very different products sold by Microsoft under the same name.
The normal Skype was bought by Microsoft some years ago and somewhat combined with their own Microsoft Live platform. At the same time Microsoft also had a product called Lynx that was used by corporates together with other Microsoft services such as the Microsoft Exchange services. Microsoft then renamed Lynx into Skype for Business and revamped the rather archaic (but quite useful) user interface into the Skype look. Functionally the two had despite their name and look very little in common with each other. Skype for Business still operates on the same infrastructure that Lynx used and is completely separate from the consumer type Skype that these LabVIEW interfaces most likely connect to.
But with Office 365 and the integrated Teams platform, Skype for Business has basically been thrown out of the "Windows" not very long after its rebranding. I would not expect many people to spend even one second thought on Skype for Business now and that includes spending any significant time to try to create LabVIEW bindings.
Microsoft has tried almost anything they could to convert anyone who was using Skype for Business to use Office 365 and Teams instead. And they were largely very successful.
