Acquisitition & synchronization

Hi

I use a PCI 6024 board, and the data sampling is launched by my Labview
application. I would like to synchronize (by hardware) another external
device. On the PCI 6024 connector, in there a pin delivering a signal (TTL
?) which I could use to trigger this other device ?

There are 8 digital I/O lines (5V/TTL/CMOS) available on the PCI6024.

"Task" is absolutely correct. Furthermore, I would like to point you to the LabVIEW examples "Write 1 Pt to Dig Line (E).vi" and "Write to 1 Dig Port (E).vi". Both of these examples ship with LabVIEW, and they do a good job of demonstrating two of the most common methods of writing to the digital lines on National Instruments E-Series devices.
