Active X para outlook

Quiero mandar mensajes a traves de Outlook con LabVIEW. Vi un ejemplo con Active X pero me surgieron algunas dudas. En primer lugar donde se crea el control de Outlook._Application, segundo, porque no me deja conectar los controles de To,CC,BCC,... al MailItem y tercera. ¿Es necesario instalar algo adicional para poder realizar este proceso?

I haven't tried, but I'd prefer .NET over AX.

Although it seems to be an interface to the Outlook cloud, not the Outlook application...

That could be better (no need to install Outlook) or worse (you need an active connection)...
