I wanted to use MAX tool with Labview 2016. But when i started the MAX and wanted to right click on "Devices & Interfaces" for creating new item. Nothing Happened by right click. Then i read on a forum of NI that NI VISA drivers needs to be installed . Then i installed that VISA driver and luckily i was then able to right click on "Devices & interfaces" but only three icons are listed as shown by me in attached jpeg.
But here in "Create NEW" window i wish to have a list that contain more icons as in this youtube video See the list in "create new" window after right cliking devices & interfaces

MAX, the Measurement and Automation eXplorer, shows you the devices that LabVIEW can use, which corresponds closely with the devices whose NI Drivers you have installed. So if you install NI VISA, you will see serial and parallel port devices.
If you want to use other devices, you need to install their drivers. And as you want to see/use them in LabVIEW, you need to install the NI (LabVIEW) drivers for these devices.

Can you look through the list of system requirements for the version of DAQmx you downloaded, and check that your system meets them all?
Edit: here they are:
System Use | RAM | Processor |
---|---|---|
Development/Deployment | 1 GB (32-bit), 2 GB (64-bit) | 1 GHz or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor |
The following operating systems are supported in NI-DAQmx 16.1:
1 NI software installs VC2015 Runtime and .NET 4.6.1. Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 require Microsoft updates to support these items. Refer to Microsoft KB2919442 and KB2919355 for more information about how to install these updates.
2 NI software is signed with a SHA-256 certificate. Windows 7 SP1, Windows Embedded Standard 7 SP1, and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 require Microsoft updates to support SHA-256. Refer to Microsoft KB3033929 for more information about how to install this security update.
To find and download an earlier version of NI-DAQmx that supports other operating systems, refer to ni.com/downloads.
The following table lists the application software versions supported by NI-DAQmx. If you are not using application software, refer to Microsoft Visual Studio Support.
