Is your "Additional Installers" page still empty when trying to build the installer?
The error listed in your post is the same as in this thread and that thread. Maybe this helps. I'd say that the issue is create by invalid entries in your registry, but be aware that this is only an assumption from my side....

Yes the Additional installers page is still empty.
Wrong registary entries might be causing this, but which ones, only NI can tell.

The error appears to be caused by a couple missing registry values. Please run the attached file to repair the registry. It would be very helpful if you could attach another log file *after* repairing the registry so we can further diagnose your system to determine the root cause. Thanks.
By the way, the attachment has a .txt file extension. Remove ".txt" before running it. I was unable to attach a .reg file because our super duper discussion board only allows these file types:
jpg,gif,txt,xls,vi,zip,doc,llb,pdf,png,seq,c,h,cpp,cs,vb,ini,gz,ctl,scr,ico,tar,z,uir,vit,wsp,tsw,rtf,lvproj,xctl,lvlib,cfg,ppt,pps,lks,spy,bld,lep,xlt,xltx,dot,dotx,docx,xlsx,cap,tui,csv,seproj

Dear Bob,
Thanks for the time and effort you gave to help correct my problem. Currently I am out of town and hence far from my Development system for few days.
I will certainly try your solution and let you know the result as soon as I get there.
regards
Shourya

I am not sure y this problem is occuring with you.
I would suggest that you uninstall the whole thing with MSI blast and than try reinstalling it.

Yes that of course is the last solution.
But I think we should always try to find as to why the problem occured and the possible solution.
Will get back in some time after trying the solution suggested by bob.

I'm not sure this would actually work. The symptom Shourya reported is something our Installers team has encountered before (hence the registry fix) and the current theory is it's caused by some specific installed part or a combination of installed parts. Once the registry is repaired and Shourya sends us a new .log file, we'll be able to inspect which parts are on his system and possibly be able to reproduce the problem. We will see what happens.

Dear Bob,
Today I returned to my workplace and first thing I did was to try your solution (Importing registary values) and "IT WORKED LIKE MAGIC".
Now I am able to create installer without any problems. I am attaching the log file after zipping ( which is quite big now) after creating a Test Installer, which may be helpful to your further research. I would like to Thankyou for your for your efforts in solving the problem.
