Affordable 3rd party Signal Conditioning (amps, muxes, etc.) ?

While designing Mfg test fixtures, I often have simple needs of mux'ing or amplifying signals, or measuring high-side current, before going into a DAQ module.  I rarely need high performance because I'm only doing Go/No-go testing, and it would be nice to have something small, simple, affordable.  Occasionally it would be nice also to turn DIO into high-voltage or high-current outputs.  Again, small size, affordable, simple, preferred.

Is anyone aware of a supplier of little modules such as this?

Thanks in advance.

Pablo

From your subject line, it looks like you are looking into 3rd party signal conditioning hardware.  But have you considered our portable, low-cost solution for signal conditioning: SCC signal conditioning hardware?

You might also consider our C Series I/O modules, which have integrated signal conditioning.

If this is not what you are looking for, maybe someone in the community has had good experiences with simple 3rd party signal conditioning hardware that they would like to share.

I said "3rd party" because I think I looked at NI's line-up and didn't find what I had in mind.

When I can buy an analog mux IC (e.g., CD4066) for 45 cents, I would hope I could buy a small, single-sided PCB with that mux installed for $20 or so.  Likewise for other functions such as attenuators, amplifiers, etc.  But I guess not.

Thanks for the suggestions, but it's not the solution I had in mind.

Hi Mr. Hardware!

I'm sorry that you weren't able to find anything you had in mind from our lineup.  You might try Digi-Key or Mouser Electronics for a 3rd party solution.  Also, Octopart is a great search engine for electronic component providers.  Have a good one!
