After packaging, xnet database cannot open the file dialog box to select the corresponding DBC

Run the packaged installation package on a computer without LabVIEW. Enter the can DBC file and import the VI, but click the xnet database button. After selecting browse database file, there is no response, and the file selection dialog box cannot pop up. Can the DBC file in the attachment be imported into VI? The picture is the sub VI used for the project file. The DBC file can be imported into the library file that I think is the problem. I hope you can help me. Thank you!
