Hi,
I am using the Agilent B2902A SMU with the this driver to measure some Hall bars. The instrument has two channels, in my set up one is a voltage source and the other as a voltmeter, the manual setup is explained here.
I have used the examples to make the Labview file below (Combined.vi) where the voltage is swept across my sample and then is measured in succession. This works but I need to sweep and measure the voltage at the same time using channel 1 and 2.
I would be grateful for any suggestions to how I can do this.
