The vi is developed with 32-bit LabVIEW on a 32-bit windows 7 machine,

 

Is there going to be any benefit to run this vi on a 64-bit LabVIEW on a 64-bit windows 7 machine?

Assuming there are more RAM in the new win7 machine...

Only if you are running out of ram and if you are using one of the toolkits that has a 64-bit version that can make use of the additional ram.
