Anybody has the Conversion toolkit at hand?

I need to convert our decades old VIs from Labview 2.2.1 for Mac to
labview 7.0 for PC. I tried to order a copy of the conversion kit.
I have not got through the ordering system of NI yet.
So could someone with the conversion kit help me to convert one of
them for me to see the result? Thanks!
